Bill Fletcher Workshop Day 3, 4"x6" oil

Sold
This was day 3 in Bill Fletcher's workshop.   On this day I spent about an hour on this little painting and the time was broken up into three parts, 10% on the block in, 80% on the middle and 10% on the final touches which he calls bejeweling but I call it "tarting up".   We start by mixing the four or five color values on the block in and then on the middle of the painting process we mix different colors, some cooler and some warmer but keeping the same value as the block in colors, fiddle with the edges and then on the finish the use of a palette knife comes in handy or you can give it the finger...  or thumb.
